Infected sebaceous cyst

A 34yr Male, known Diabetic since a year on OHAs presented with c/o pain and tenderness in the site marked which is a localised lesion in the mid region of back. The dark spot was present since more than 2 years but it has become tender in and around that area for 5days. Recently (after 1 day) the patient rang up stating its turning warm and more tender. What could this be? Please give your opinion over management.

It is definitely a case of infected sebaceous cyst A course of broad spectrum may be given B anti inflammatory and analgesic Strict glycaemic control If responded with antibiotic after continuing for at least 3 days if responded continue antibiotic for 7 days If not responded incision drainage Dressing regularly Later can be planned for excision

Infected sebaceous cyst.big punctum visible.warm compress and oral antibiotics.

Infected sebaceous cyst or melanoma...pic is not that clear to differentiate.
