Infertility

Pt age 32 yr G1P0 H/o tuberculosis at the age of 12 4 years of marriage 1 child is abort in 2 months of pregnancy before 3 years Rt fallopian tube removed before 3 year All hormonal reports and torch test are in normal range She is trying for child from 2 year but not succeed. What will be the management in this case?

In most of the cases of genital tuberculosis, fallopian tube is grossly distorted , along with involvement of endometrial cavity , so go for tvs, HSG, diagnostic hysterolap .go for semen analysis. IVF can be a good option , but couldn't have satisfactory results if uterine cavity is affected.

Advice her an usg whole abdomen to check asherman syndrome...which is occured due to previous or current tuberculosis

She should be advised TVS,uterine artery doppler,HSG,MTBC ,TB Pcr nd serum TN F alpha levels
