Integra based reconstruction in post electrical burns gluteal region defect. 26/M suffered high tension electrical burns with contact points over hand, shoulder and buttocks. Hand and shoulder burns was not severe as compared to buttocks (gluteal region) Gluteal region on sequential DEBRIDEMENT led to exposure of sciatic nerve and sacrum with total loss of muscle bulk. Due to extensive damage no local or free flap can be used for cover. So covered it with INTEGRA dermal substitute. It covered sacrum and sciatic nerve. And also gave some bulk and pinchability at that area. Patient walking normally able to sit properly now and with reasonable good sensitivity over the area

10 yrs tribal girl has suffered from swelling and hard lumps of left breast from 3months, pain only when pressing. Corns on left foot and left index finger from 1year.
