Intermittent dry cough

Hello everyone 27-year-old male with 1 week history of intermittent dry cough, minimal relief with cough syrups, no fever, no chills, no lethargy, no sore throat, difficulty breathing was in the first 3 days and relieved by Salbutamol inhaler (history of seasonal asthma, previous year also needed inhaler). Dry cough, minimal relieving with standing, worsening in morning, mild smoker (4 cigarettes per day), no obesity, no other symptoms or diseases, works as a nurse in hospital, as he said there was no close contact with any covid 19 patients, chest x-ray was done today Dx and tx please ??

Xray chest is normal Symptoms are suggestive of bronchial asthma or asthmatic bronchitis Keep him on duolin+budecort nebulisation Add salbutamol or salmetrol during acute attacks

Bronchial Asthma Seroflo & Duoline rotacap inhalation tds through rotahaler Astheline 2-4 mg tds Cough expectorant 2 tsf tds Antibiotics orally Nsaid orally

X Ray chest ...normal Allergies bronchitis Inhalation of inj dexona 1ml +salbutamol 2ml +mikacin 500 mg +5ml saline water bd. Change his mask regularly and sanitize properly and throughly. Keep himself protected form bad weather conditions or exposure to cool or hot weather. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan.
