A 78-year-old male referred for Intercostal retraction on the right side. Inflammatory markers were elevated. X-ray is attached please give your opinion.

Pleural based shadow in rt middle zone..may be loculated pleural effusion or mass on rt side..kindly do a CECT thorax..
