A Muslim female patient 58years old is suffering from acute non rhythmic, repitative purposeless movements of muscles of rt side of face and eye from last 8 years,which is not progressive in nature. She is also suffering from severe weakness. She is anxious also. On examination PR 62/mnt ,BP 88/60mmHg in sitting position. CT scan shows no abnormalities, EEG is normal also. CBC shows Hb% 6g/dl Platelets count 55000. Treatment started with Iron sucrose injection 100mg on alternate day . Tab carica papaya 1100mg 1tab three times a day . Tab olenzapine 5mg twice daily Now pt is well but her abnormal movement does not respond well. Please tell me proper treatment of this abnormal facial movement.

young male pt has tremor while holding some object and in position as seen in video .since 1yr . he has also calf musle twitching when he rest his foot on toes with heel up .what ix requited ? what are common reason .?

non hypertensive non diabetic pt. h/o plasty done 5 yrs back. details not available . c/o restlessness and epigastric discomfort in the form of burning pain. suggest further management.
