17y/m patient came with c/o DOE P/H same patient came before 10 days for fever,cough,anorexia and mild Doe taken treatment and recovered Now he is examined CVS-S1,S2 normal,no gallop,no murmur RS- AEBE, No crepts,wheeze and rhonchi But SPO2 -87% to 90% Done his Ecg,Cxr ,cect chest reports attached CBC,rft,2d echo- Normal Please discuss about prognosis and management...

Surprisingly no clinical signs including clear RS. Likely acute interstitial pneumonia/ hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Needs to keep pt away from etiological factors. Early steroids would be great helpful. Follow up scan. Some patients may need long term therapy. Adv Echo CD.

No clinical signs in acute condition. Stroid and abstinence from etiological factors are treatment. Likely hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
