female 32 years suddenly developed skin lesions as follows in picture. no pain and non itching. not any other complaints she has. she wore a gold bracelet regularly she wires it. what can be cause and treatment plan please

Irritant contact Dermatitis because of that gold bangle she was wearing. superficial emollient was given and got rid of it

?ACD / ICD lobate-S fucibact oint locally. Stop wearing bracelet. Keep the area clean dry and covered with sterile gauge.
