Is Fever,chills and joint pain are delayed side effects of contrast after CECT? Plz help and reply

Early adverse reactions after contrast include nausea, vomiting, chills, abdominal cramps, facial or laryngeal edema, shortness of breath & also wheezing, hypertension and headache.  Delayed reaction occuring after upto 7 days includes flu like symptoms.. Joint pain is not very common & i have not might heard of it

May be due to use of contrast.Hydrate the patient and give pcm for fever..
