RT PCR report came negative next day

Though the RT PCR is negative, CT findings are more consistent with COVID. And sensitivity and specificity of RT PCR is NOT 100%, that shows negative NEVER means that the covid is ruled out. It just should be correlated clinically and radiologically. CORADS 5 and severity score of 13 indicates a moderate covid. It would be better if patient gets the appropriate treatment.

CORADS SUGGEST "WHICH CONDITION PATIENT COME TO DOCTOR " Means NORMAL TO RT-PCR POSITIVE THERE ARE 6 CORADS. CT SCORE HOW MUCH LUNG LOBES IS AFFECTED FROM CORONA INFECTION? ONE LOBE SCORE FROM 1-5 IF 75% AFFECTED THEN 5 SCORE 25 IS MAX SCORE

Consider COVID PNEUMONIA in this case. Suggest RTPCR for COVID, inflammatory markers, D Dimer Patient with PD is more susceptible to get COVID PNEUMONIA.
