Non sustained Monomorphic V.T
Unstable Pt with Monomorphic VT. Synchronized Cardioversion
Dx-ventricular fibrillation get converted into monomorphiv ventricular tachycardia. Rx-Defirillator shock of 300joules synchronised.
Intermittent monomorphic VT.
It is VTach and requires DC shock to revert it is absolute emergency
Irregularly irregular rythm Ventricular fibrillation Needs defibrillation followed by inj enoxiparum Inotropics Rest of supportive treatment
