44/M having recurrent lesions on lower lip since last 8-9yrs. Recurrence every 3-4mnth. Burning sensation present locally Oozing+ Swelling+ bleeding mild+ No H/O fever/itching. Relieves every time wid local application f chlorhexidine. 17 years male.recuring mouth lesions.Was on Becosule capsule and mucopain oral gel. Also continued Itrocanazole and desloratidine for skin problems.Kindly tell is it stomatitis or aphthous ulcer.Why it repeats after a few days.Also he avoid nonspicey and hot food.T akes beverages.Please DX and Rx

A typical case of Lichenplanus/Lichenoid reactions sent to me from dermatology department. It was a kind of spot diagnosis. Took biopsy for confirmation and for documentation. The wonderful note here is....even before starting LASERS as planned, she responded well just after replacing Nickel based metal crowns with biocompatable crowns.
