Is this allergic contact Dermatitis? Male patient aged 30 years and a teacher by profession reported to OPD with complaints of 1) Itching over his lesion at nape of neck area, 2) Cracks over his both hands palmar aspect with complaints of dryness too in this winter 3) Itchy lesions over his gluteal fold area too He even attribute his hand being like this due to usage of chalk at school. Kindly comment on line of management for such patient?
