Rt upper zonal homogenus opacity seen. Rt mid and basal fibrobronchiectatic lesions seen. Rt hemidiaphragm is markedly raised. Tracheal and Mediastinal pull towards right side. Findings sugg of old Infective sequelae. Only needs to evaluate for rt upper lobar obstruction causing collapse. Adv HRCT thorax and FOB.

Rt fibro collapse changes Rt dome raised bulls left chest lower zone and left CP angle blunting

Its much likely to be pneumothorax and old infective lesion with athelectatic changes in right upper lobe... With compensatory right lung progressive collapse due to left side pneumo thorax... Do HRCT to find the cause Treatment is with insertion of ICD over left upper lobe and supportive care with higher antibiotics, oxygen therapy, hourly vitals monitoring and avoid chest physio therapy ....
