A 40 year old civil engineer came with the history of itching and redness, aggravates in sun rays, Dx and Rx?

28 years od male patient with on-off ulcer in mouth from past 5 months. It appears on it's own and then takes 1-2 weeks to resolve. He has been taking treatment from his nearby dermatologist but is worried as the recurrence of ulcers does not reduce. Dx.? swelling since 6 days. after injury from pointed object. two round circles with infected skin showing crust and pus formation. mild pain and itching. no DM,HTN. no any OTHER history. Farmer by occupation. . typical phosphorus patient. other Ayush management? . any investigations required?

I have advised for Lakshmi Vilas Rasa (Naradiya) 1 tab BD Chitrakadi Vati 1 tab BD Pratap Lankeshwar Rasa 1 tab BD Godhanti Basham + Avipattikar Churna + Kamdudha Rasa (Mukta Yukta) +Trikatu Churna = BD with luke warm water Amritarishta 20ml BD with equal quantity of water I have seen this patient on 24th today on follow up He is still having Anorexia and Vibandha (Constipation) Afebrile from 24th, Headache also subsided Please share your valuable opinion on this case Any deviation in treatment plan for continue the same?
