It is the same patient as before...is this wisdom tooth decay??

Dear Dr Shah, as long as the decay is in enamel pt. doesn't have pain. As it progresses down upto pulp excruciating pain is felt.

Dental caries. Give amoxiclav and metrogyl. Proper tooth brushing technique. Dental consultantion.

Decay is there Plese place cotton roll betwen bite check Pain during chewing Advice iopa or rvg xray

Take an IOPAR irt 18 and then plan the treatment accordingly. If caries is not evident then don’t go for extraction. Check for cheek bite and kindly grind the tooth to avoid frictional keratosis

Yes it is carious and based on clinical picture I believe this is buccally erupted and will need extraction no matter it can be saved with either restoration or RCT. Thanks

Dear Dr, yes it is. Adjacent second molar is also having initial caries. Please refer the case to dentist for curbing further progression of the lesion.
