A12yr girl have below observed patches on both hands and legs since last 3 years. Itching ++ every time, after itching/scratching clear fluid with blood oozes out. Patches are typically on both elbows and ankles. Girls is unhygienic, dirty not clean after playing in dust. Discuss the diagnosis?
