herpes zoster

Male 23 years having these non itchy and painless lesions (pustules) on left side of upper chest ,left neck and upper back on left since 24th July. history of fever since yesterday. kindly suggest if it's chicken pox or herpes zoster or anything else. Treatment may be advised avidly. Regards
