These skin tags are nevus moles in multiple numbers usually sign in diabetics There is Acanthas nigrans Though at present she may not br diabetic but has potential So far rx for moles is nothing except cosmetically cauterization

A 45-year-old obese female presented with such lesions over her neck region with mild itching. She attributes it to wearing a necklace which led to this. So it gave me an impression of allergic contact dermatitis. After a week of treatment, she is not doing fine. What would be the diagnosis? ACD? Nodulocystic truncal acne? Kindly comment on the lesion and line of management? She also has a history of acanthosis nigricans.
