Kindly give your valuable opinion on this ecg? Young 27 year male presented with sensation of pin prick over chest sometimes and time of consultatiom his BP was 180/100 Advised him bisoprolol 5 + Amlodipine 5 as antihypertensive along with other drugs S. Lipid profile, KFT, CXR awaited

Seems to be Sinus tachycardia in ECG Bp is high 180/100 So its a pt of Hypertension may be Essential Or secondary Require Evaluation and treatment accordingly

ECG shows tachycardia Young patien with HTN Look for cause or else idiopathic See Lipid profile Cret CBC, HBA1C, RBS, TSH , serum cortisol level, renal Doppler, homocysteine level, URIC acid, 24 hrs urinary VMA

Renal function / Lipid profile need to be investigated to access the root cause of hypertension...
