This is a c/o UTI Urine shows pus cells and few RBC Hemogram suggest neutrophilia Esr is raised Renal cyst is insignificant I will treat as UTI Tab cefixime+ofloxacin 1bd Alkalisers Moderate ascitis needs to workout
Urine culture and sensitivity to be done and treat accordingly.Microcytic hypochromic anemia to be treated with iron and multivitamin.?why ascitis. Ascitic fluid analysis to be done.Tuberculosis to ruleout.
Renal Cortical Cyst with Ascites ?Hepatitis ?Nephrotic Syndrome. ?Budd- Chiari Syndrome ( Venous Occlusion) ?Peritonitis. Kindly provide detailed History and Clinical Examination of the patient. Investigate- Ascitic Fluid Analysis including SAAG, Ascitic Fluid Microscopy and biochemistry.LDH levels. LFT Urine- RM Exam.,proteins,sugar. RFT with Serum Electrolytes. Pancreatic function tests- S.lipase,S.amylase. Rx- Diuretics till reports of the above mentioned investigations arrive.. Symptomatic Rx.
