sudden acute knee pain

25 yr female with sudden pain in rt knee since 3-4 days after doing running.. History Non-veg food 3-4 times a week.. no physical momemts or exercise before at all.. Physical Examination Pain ++ Tenderness++ Investigations ? CBC, ESR, CRP, Uric acid reports awaited.. Diagnosis ? Plzz suggest further to evaluate.. Management Tab. Enzoflam Tab. Enzomac Tab. Pan40 Ice foamentation

Due to tightness of quads. Stretch of quads will ease the pain. And hot water will release the pain too.

No definite bony injury. However history in favour of cruciate ligament injury. Suggestion MRI

POSSIBLY MENISCAL INJURY DD CHONDRO MALACIA PATELLA

X ray is normal Check for ligament and meniscal tests clinically. After ruling them out, check for manual muscle testing of quads, hamstring, gmax and gastroc. Accordingly if no result at all then go for MRI
