Patient Age of 30y/F with C/O Continue right sided temporal region pain from one year, This pain subside when she use high pillow from opposite side, But main problem of this patient is that there is a balloon like structure in neck( not a cervical lymph nodes) which increase during expiration and shouting but decrease after expiration when this ballon like structure subside patient feel severe burning in opposite side of neck and face BP 110/70, No Cough, No Fever
