L5,S1 canal stenosis.

A 63 yrs old male patient presented C/O. Severe pain in RT thigh. Pt. H/O Asthmatic. No H/O DM/HTN BP. 130/80.mm of Hg. Pulse. 86/Mt. Tem. Normal. U/M. Pass normal. P/A. Soft. Kindly suggest further management.

L5 S1 STEMOSIS IS PRESENT AS A RESULT THERE IS PRESSURE ON THE THECAL MATTER, SO PAIN IS THERE...... KINDLY START WITH PREGABLIN WITH MECOBALAMIN....... MEDICINE TO BE TAKEN DURING NIGHT AS IT CAN CAUSE SLEEPINESS........
