LAST CASE FOR 2020 BY ME A 45 years old female, complaining with severe pain abdo. Chief complaints Severe pain abdo, pain at umbilical region č burning mituration, white discharge č irregular menstrual bleeding, nausea č vomiting, general weakness. Vital BP 140/ 90 mmHg Pulse 80bpm R/R 22 bpm History Appendicitis done before three years ago Physical examination DM° CGW UL NAD LL NAD Chest B/L clear Investigation CBC RFT LFT CA 125 HIV I & II VDRL ECG Chest x - ray USG of whole abdo. CT scan of abdo. Management Removal of ovarian cyst č hysterectomy done.
