A young male while playing cricket Chief Complaints History of being hit by leather ball on left jaw f/b inability to open the mouth and severe pain Investigations OPG done Diagnosis What is the diagnosis

It's may be Dx Mandibular compound fractures As of now Rx by Do evaluate the any other significant traumatic causes to ruleout Correlate clinically with history Nutritional support Might be helpful ,👍

Multiple fractures mandible (as demarcated already) - undisplaced. Painkillers, immobilization/jaw splint with liquid/soft diet. Angle fracture might need some kind of ORIF - a maxillofacial surgeon would be better suited to answer that.
