Left Breast Lump - Advise treatment.

Chief Complaint A 49 y-o female presented with a lump in the left breast for the past 8 months. History Patient has 2 kids with normal delivery, both are fine. No family history of any type of cancer. Examination Physical examination shows a mobile, hard lump of 6 × 7 cm in the left breast. It was painless & non tender on touch. Right breast is normal with no lymph node swelling. Investigations Blood reports are wnl. Chest X-ray & ECG normal. Excisional biopsy was done which showed mammary chondrosarcoma of the breast, FNAC of the axillary lymph node shows malignancy. Treatment Your opinion?

Surgery chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Mastectomy followed by Chemo/ Radiotherapy.
