pt was treated with differential of-- 1)scabies with secondary exematization 2) papular urticaria 3) vasculitis... on antihistaminic, oral steroid 1 mg per kg tablet ivermectin and lotion calak for soothing effect ...

kindly correct me if needed .and give your opinion if any other intervention needed for the same
