Lichen Nitidus differential diagnosis

A 30yrs female patient come with complain of itching since 4month with this type skin lesson dx and tx

This kind of lesion over dorsal surface of all fingers of both hands since many years,kindly diagnose the case & treatment options ,no itching

allergic lesion all over neck n shoulder back since 5 days,spot ur dx

Patient has this kind of skin lesion on fingers of both hands, on elbow, on abdomen and a few on penis with severe itching for more than 8 years. Patient has taken allopathic medicine but it gives relief only for short period and it reoccurs again. Please suggest diagnosis and line of treatment for this disease.
