Lichen planus with scabies diagnosis?

47 year old female patient came to op with the following skin lesions on her leg. She gives a past history of varicella on last September and was cured with medications, and following that she developed the present complaint. Also c/o on and off itching....

itching over lt forearm. nodular lesions present. put on betamethasone cream. little benefit.

45yrs/M, These kind of itchy lesions over whole body, except da face for 3mnts, there's no -other complain--- DX.
