presenting another challenging case.. ..congenital lipoma of spinal cord with tethered cord, m/17, had paraparesis and loss of control of urine and stool, neatly excised..patient ambulatory and recovering

all spina bifida myelomeningocele cases should be referred to neurosurgeon at birth.. a pediatric surgical field does not cover the neurological issues which are the most important considerations in surgical work

Really great work sir. Will the patient need any post surgical interventions or gradually he will reach the normal strength? Or the recovering rate will decide. Kindly please update the same case. Thank you
