Periodical problem or Spasmodic Dysmanorrhoea. Subclinical Appendicitis Abdominal Tuberculosis. Rule out the further evolution for the better treatment and management.
D/D APPENDICITIS? TB ABDOMEN? FURTHER INVESTIGATION ENDOSCOPY?

Pls give openion 9 yrs child having h/o high grade fever and admitted for 10 days in hospital at that time investigations cbs,Widal, mp, mp antigen,typhi antigen,blood culture,Xr chest PA ,ESR,Dengue IgG IgM NS1,leptospira all r normal. after 6 days she will get relif and discharge form hospital after 15 days she is having again fever and chils r started and loss of half kg weight. then we have CBC ESR USG abdomen and pelvis and ct abdomen is attached so what could be the Diagnosis pls help me
