lower limb dermatitis

34 year female developed unilateral extensive DVT extending from external iliac to femoral region. No comorbs. not on any drugs. no cause of dvt found on history and examination. thrombocheck panel showed no abnornality, no APLP on protein C or S def. pt started on clexane o.6 s/c BD and after 10 day put on dabibatran 150 BD. clinical condition improved markedly. swelling and pain reduced. after 1 month skin changes started appearing. only mild discomfort and mild iching but swelling of calf and food with red patches only on DVT limb. other limb is normal. repeat ultrasounf done after 6 weeks showed channelization in thrombus signifying dissoling of clot. is is stasis dematitis or venous dermatitis. or else. how to manage it. pls help

Irritant contact dermatitis

As evidently a c/o extensive DVT with oedema lower limb Patches seen on leg are extravasetion or oozing of blood post thrombolisation

Have done ct abdomen , chest to rule out malignancies and tumor markers

Ultrasound abdomen done ONLY. Will get CT also
