M/21 presenting with skin lesion over rt lateral aspect of neck since last day , asso. with itching and burning sensation. no c/o fever or lesion anywhere. Kindly suggest diagnosis and management

ACD Levocet 5mg bd Amoxclav 625mg bd. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than betamil GN oint locally. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally.
