A 45years old female patient came to Opd with Left earache for 3 days followed by left ear and facial swelling for 1 day.facial followed application of some home remedy(jaggery+sodalime) Non diabetic and non hypertensive. Pain subsided now. H/o fever 1 day back which also subsided. O/E- Pt was conscious,alert and oriented, Afebrile and vitals stable. Lt Pinna(lobule+cartilagenous part)swollen,nd non tender with mild increase in local temp,EAC and TM-WNL facial NV intact Lt cheek edematous and non tender on palpation with skin erosion/rash. lt periorbital edema +nt Edema over root of nose and nasal dorsum present,non pitting type. A/R showed dried crusts in the lt nasal cavity. Rest nasal and oral examination NAD
