sorry but i differ with above drs views..not at all fungal infection.. herald patch..oval lesions.. its typically pityriasis rosea look alike.

Seems Tinea Versicolor Zocon 150mg weekly Levocet 5mh bd. Improve General health and personal hygiene. Keto soap powder and lotion locally HS. clotrimazole oint locally bd. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally.
