M 40 .. since 8 months . Smoking.. poor oral hygiene Pt. Use toilet cleaner harpic topicaly on tongue .. White creamy layer . It's not scrapable.. No pain No size changes No irrigation. .. It's like candidiasis .. It's may be scc etc type ..so I just refer to medical college..

Ulcer on th rt lateral margin of tongue for 8 months with history of application of toilet cleaner heroic leading to burn of margin of tongue and remained for 8 months. On the other hand if I consider this as a leukoplakia post burn for 8 months first thing came in mind malignancy So biopsy to rule out malignancy then to consider treatment of other causes like candidiasis, burn etc.
Malignancy ( lateral side of tongue and H/ O smoking and poor mouth hygiene goes in favour ) Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment. Stop herpic cleaner.

22 yr male patient reported to my clinic with chief complaint of rashes in whole mouth since 2 months.personal h/o gutkha chewing 8-10 gutkha /day. he is refered patient by physician . on investigation HBsAg positive. i treated this patient as oral candidiasis . but i dont know region behind HBsAg positive. please guide me. prognosis of this patient is good.
