LAD S Tachycardia Rest normal Control hypertension with B blocker, statins, pantodac + domperidon (40+30), etizolam .25 mg @ night

Sinus Tachycardia, LAD, LAFB, persistent s wave in V6. Treat control BP, investigate thoroughly CXR PA view, CBC, B's f pp HBA1c,kft LFT, lipid profile till then treat symptomaticaly

Sinus tachycardia hr 100/mt. No significant changes seen at present. Pl go for serial ecgs and cardiac enzymes.
