M/50 yrs k/o Diabetes multiple lesion on body since last 3 months itching present
L P C Pt is diabetic strict diet and control of blood sugar Lobate-s oint twice daily and Tab dispred4mg 1tds for 7days and tapper off gradually and keep on maintenance dose with caution as we know steroids shootup in bsl hence strict monitoring is needed Tab fexofenadine180mg or loritidine 10mg 1od Once the lesions are healed continue plain salicylic acid oint for couple of months and moisturisers to be applied all over body in routine
LICHEN PLANUS CHRONICUS Steroid oint Antihistaminics Strict control of diabetes by diet, exercise and drugs Meditation , calling upon the inner forces for self healing .After all ,most of the healing and repair work done in the body are by inbuilt repair mechanisms
