Lt mid zone fibrocavitatory lesion with consolidation, and mild pleural effusion. Rt COPD/ emphsematous. Maybe Pulmonary tuberculosis sequelae. Tubular heart. CBC, Clotting, RFT, LFT,Glucose, Sputum/ BAL ---micro c/s, afb, ada, ECG, Echo. Need further evaluation and Rx.

Left lung field is showing illdefined heterogeneous opacity in the middle zone s/o pneumonitic changes . Left costophrenic angle is blunted s/o pleural effusion. Right lung field is hypertanslucent.
