Male 22 yrs came with itching and rashes for last 7 days. Fever and vomiting since 3 days. Increased rashes with medicines like cefixime. What can be probable reason and further care?

Is there thrombocytopenia? This may be tcp rash. Or FDE if appeared after drug administration

10 years old male child. History of fever 10 days back, no other localising symptoms...treated with inj ceftriaxone amikacin and chloroquine in view of widal titre ah 1:320, developed rashes on lower limb on day 7 of presentation...fever resolved 2 days prior to rashes.
