A 26yrs old pt came to my clinic for complain of burning pain in oral cavity difficulty in swallowing. no fever.lesion spread over uvula,oropharyngeal region and lateral border of tongue n tip of tongu.a solitary round yellow ulcerative lesion over lower lip.pt had taken G folvin tab bid kenacort ndentogel cream applid topically but no improvement.this type of lesion occurs frequently even repeats in weeks.kindly suggest d diagnosis n t/t
