Chest X Ray shows prominent BA markings with prominent haze in R middle and lower lobe. Mild plueral effusion in Right basal area. Sputum for culture sensitivity and CBNAAT All baseline investigation CBC KFT. ABG U/E routine Initially treatment should be directed for lower respiratory tract infection / bronchopmunia. Third generation injectable cephalosporin With Macrolides Maintain O2 saturation and vitals And controll of fever.
