Male 28 yrs old , Pure vegetarian ,with no HO Vices (NO alcohol ,No smoking) had consumed lots of sweets and deep fried snacks during Diwalis A week back, Complains of severe back pain immediately after lifting some heavy objects was advised tabs Aceclofenac (100mg) + Thiocolchicoside (4mg) there is some relief in pain after medication As there was History of Renal colic pain in past , USG reports done Please advice further management

NAFLD with renal calculi .. Pain back after lifting heavy weight may be due to disc prolapse. Needs xray / MRI spine. Need to exclude Metabolic syndrome, consisting of NAFLD, Hyperurecemia, hypercholesterolemia, insulin resistance obesity, HTN . Needs investigations. Low fat diet, Ursedeoxy choliic acid, hepatoprotectives, for NAFLD ,suggested. Symptomatic treatment for renal stones. Rule out hyperurecemia.

Cap Tamfil 0.4mg one daily, Tab Neeri one tds, Syrup K-Mac B6 active two tsf tds, Tab Furic 40 one daily for three monthes

It may be Pivd because h/o of lifting heavy weight. 1- rest. 2-posture care. 3-further treatment plane after see x ray and mri
