Respected Vaidyas, Diagnose the Skin disease mentioned in the picture and possible management. Patient is complaining about this disease since 10 yrs, sometimes remits by own but mostly erupt on Rainy seasons. Itching predominant, Round in shape, Rough on touch ( but not Ruksha ) On itching , minimal capillary haemorragres are there. All other parameters are normal, Kindly help in diagnosis and Management.
