Looking at so joint and spine it looks like ankylosing spondylitis .second differential diagnosis is DISH.
Clear picture of degenerative changes whole spine so called severe OA. Need to specify his gait. Physio may include- -Therapeutic US ( on whole spine) -circular massage on spinous processes -Myofascial release for whole dorsal aspect .
seems to b severe osteoporotic.that must b the reason of pain if there is no injury.
It O.A.Spine. It needs some analgesics, local fomentation and applications, back support with brace. As the pain subside start exercises for lasting relief. Of course calcium and vitamin D3 needed.
Osteoarthritic degenerative spine.Patient needs movement analysis and therapy based on Trunk muscle strengthening mainly trunk extensors Core muscle activation and strengthening General mobility excs for spine Pls consider hydrotherapy or aquatics.It really helps a lot for such patients.

51 Year old male patient with pain in Left Hip Joint for 3 days. Increased pain in morning and decreasing during day time. No pain during walking but increases during sittings and standing from sitting position. Patient is diabetic for 18 years. Sugar is within normal limits with oral hypoglycimic drugs. Patient has history of steroid containing ointment for long duration approximately 2 years or more. Your Valuable Opinion Needed Respected Doctors.
