Male infertility

Male 32years, his wife planning for pregnancy. all reports are normal for his wife. but found liquifaction time is more than 60mins in his semen analysis. I am attaching the report. can someone guide me how to treat it and further if tests are required and what antibiotics can be started?

I don't see major problem in semen Active sperm are 75% and so is motility As regard liquification time suggests infection Treat with quinolones and Ceftriaxozone Adv usg scrotum Urine routine and c&s Adv vdrl and hiv1&2

Liquification time more, pus 6-7 Urine C/s, cbc sugar eGFR needed
