male patient age 45 years having problems of itching all over body with spot spot have watery discharge its a history of approx 6 years patient have taken approximately all the anti-fungal with anti- allergic please help to Dx & Rx thankyou

It is psoriasis with secondaly infected with scabies My adv first treat scabies with permithrine oint 5%30gm to be applied all over body at a time and to be repeated after one week Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd for 5to7days than 1od Tab azithromycin 500mg 1od Once infection is resolved shift on rx for psoriasis ie lobate-s oint twice daily Tab methotrexate 10mg weekly Tab fexofenadine180mg 1od Review every fortnightly

1. Psoriasis with Secondary infection 2.Scabies Rx: 1. Azithromycin 500 mg OD for 7 days and levocetirizine 5mg OD daily. 2. Fexofenadine 180 mg OD daily and Permithrine lotion applying all over body and next morning bath with Ketoconazole soap.

Scabies with folliculitis avoid oil applying after bath oint permite 30 gm below neck whole body after topid bath rebath after 15 hr aug625 bd treat contact dd contact dermatitis

It’s psoriasis vulgaris. Adv. Topinate cream with levocetrizine tab. And Hello May require Oral Methotrexate, so Dermalogist would be in a better positio to treat
