A female patient aged 39 years c/o pain in left side of lower abdomen for two three months. Pain < rising from a seat, < after urination. >by walking, lying on back. Urination every one or 2hours. Uneasiness of lower abdomen while stooping. Hysterectomy done for fibroid uterus last year. There after this complaint occours off and on.
