A female aged 63 years Chief Complaints Pain Left Upper Quadrant (x 2 months) Generalised weakness Anemia symptoms Investigations UGIE done s/o Large Pedunculated Polyp in gastric fundus with ulcerated mucosa approx 4.5 cm.. Biopsy revealed Atypical cells Management Polypectomy done with Hot snare after prophylactic ligation with Endoloop

Yes GE scopy highlighting pedunculated gastric poly from fundus which is removed Subject it to HPE and malignant panel Further pt will need chemotherapy
