One option is closed retrograde tens nail under c arm guidance Two nails will do Additional U slab and sling for 6weeks
open reduction internal fixation with 5mm lcp with encirclage wires..
considering his sports activity, I.M interlocking nailing should be preferred, if there is no neuro deficit.
Orif with plating.. I would advise against triceps splitting as he is a tennis player.. Probably anterolateral or triceps retracting
